To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets and staff, we have established the following guidelines.
Our priority is the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in our care. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe and happy environment!

• Pets with contagious diseases (e.g., kennel cough, skin infections) cannot be accepted.

 • Unfortunately, we cannot groom pets with serious medical conditions, such as epilepsy or heart issues, as grooming may pose a risk to their health.

 • Aggressive pets or those that cannot be safely handled may be refused service.

 • Owners must inform us in advance if their pet has a history of biting or extreme

• Puppies under 4 months old and senior pets with fragile health may not be suitable for grooming.

• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations (e.g., rabies, distemper) to ensure a safe environment for all.

 • Please inform us of any special needs, allergies, or health conditions when booking your appointment.
